Pre-Curved or Flat Scum Boards

Pre-curved scum boards have been designed to reduce the number of bracket fixings especially for circular tanks. The scum boards by being moulded to the required radius and incorporating a top and bottom return hold the required radius when fixed at only 1000mm centres.

Plain scum boards are moulded flat sheets with joggled overlap joints but without the returns

MATERIAL

Polyester resin.

Glass reinforcement: 'E' Type chopped strand mat, or woven glass fibre to BS 3496 and BS 3749.

SURFACE FINISH

Gelcoat/Flowcoat resins to BS 3532. All drilled, cut or otherwise exposed edges are fully sealed with polyester resin.
